  • Boundary must be done within 6 months after registration. If buyer default to buy the land after agreement or booking they can get back their money but 25% of deposit money will be reduced.
  • If company defaulter to give the proper land, buyer can get 5% more above their deposit money.
  • Company provides 150 sq.ft. area for security room & 21 sq.ft. area for Electric phase . Also two gourds appoint by company.
  • Maintenance charge – 50 paisa /sq. ft. (Security, Electricity, Drain, Road etc.) start after registration of plot. 24 months easy installment available.
  • The amount paid by only draft (no cash or cheque).
  • If land buyer died the nomine person have to be right to deal in future. Any type of Industry can make by the owner.
  • If any customer can introduce a new customer for our office then he can get 4% discount above total amount. If introduce minimum 10 customer he can get a Herohonda Glamour as a gift.
  • 720 sq. ft. = 1 Kattah
